Doubled dynamics for collision-free pipe bending

The right/left pipe bending machines such as the 't bend' DB 630-CNC from transfluid offer more bending options up to 30 mm.

Good bending results should not simply fall by the wayside as soon as installation space and system positioning become challenging. However, right or left bending systems often reach their limits in such situations with the desired geometries. For that reason we at transfluid® have developed our right/left bending technology. Two concepts for different pipe diameters and for more dynamic bending freedom.

Change bending direction in 2.5 seconds

With pipe diameters under 30 mm, our t bend machine with its two individually usable heads is ideal. The principle of an upright right-bending head and a suspended left-bending head is particularly efficient with small pipes. A right angle is bent into the pipe in just 2.5 seconds. In addition, each bending head can be equipped with up to three tool levels.

Here we can trust the rotating head to provide the most effective system. Large pipes can be efficiently bent to the left or right with this. This also includes two tool levels per bending head as standard. And, here too, all axles are driven with electrical servomotors - just as with our pipe bending technology for diameters below 30 mm.

More economical pipe processing

Would you like to create free-form radii? Of course, both machine variants can be equipped with a corresponding system.

Naturally, it is also possible to use automatic handling systems, loading magazines and robot-supported manufacturing. For further increased dynamics when installation space is challenging.
