EMO 2011: Efficient technological developments

For strong compounds: Newly developed transfluid® bending process avoids reduction of the wall thickness.

Lines are made to be crossed. At the EMO 2011 transfluid® will be presenting solutions that exceed conventional proceedings in the tube processing branch. A practical example is our custom-built newly developed tube bending process that combines economic efficiency with high-quality results when bending high-grade steel tubes with demanding radii of below 1 x D.

Conventional bending processes for single bends demand excess lengths for tube clamping. Our advanced solution is different: Instead of pointing the bends after the common rotary draw bending they are pressed. By this, shearing of clamp lengths can be omitted and material can be saved. Additionally, the new transfluid® process makes possible a bending radius of 0.8 x D without any ovalisation and reduction of the wall thickness.

Components can be processed further directly – on demand even in the same machine. Intelligent technology that besides saving material and time is also economic with regard to the mere machine investment.

See for yourself and visit us at the EMO 2011 in Hannover from September 19 to 24. You can find us in hall 14 at stand B 45.

We are looking forward to seeing you!
