The products manufactured as such bring Stengel quality into kitchens, office furniture, power sets, vehicle equipment, refrigerators, shop fittings and even in large cruise ships. Challenges in the market are of course short innovation cycles with smaller batch sizes and new production strategies: just in time or lean production strategies require production tools with highest flexibility and productivity. That‘s why Stengel constantly strives to improve its high-performance machinery.

For sheet metal innovations the experts rely on a new CNC-controlled pipe bending machine by transfluid®. Our solution demonstrates its powerful performance predominantly in the production of wet rooms as complete assemblies.

The bending installation can process pipes with an external diameter of up to 60 mm. Furthermore, its design is extremely universal and flexible.

Particularly for water pipes, the production emphasis is on composite materials and stainless steel pipes. So for example stainless steel pipes with dimensions of 42.4 mm and 50 mm external diameter, with a wall thickness of 2 mm and with a radius of 1.1 x D can be manufactured easily and in optimum quality. Special software supports the machine-compliant design of the pipe system and documents this consistently.
