Flexibility is required with regard to tube bending. Especially in case of limited spatial conditions or complex geometries, it is important to develop solutions that are adaptable and open up new possibilities. We have developed two smart variants of bending machines and systems for these special requirements. They ensure collision-free bending in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction – precisely tailored to your individual needs.


Great freedom in case of small tubes
The first machine variant is perfectly suited for the quick change of the bending direction when processing small tube diameters. Thanks to a very short intervention time, a standing clockwise-bending bending head as well as a hanging anti-clockwise-bending bending head make this system highly effective. A change of the bending direction can be realised in less than 2 seconds. Each bending head can be equipped with up to three tube diameters or tool layers.


Trend-setting economic efficiency with rotating head
A highly dynamic rotating head is used in the second machine variant – our t bend DB 630-CNC-R/L-VE. It is suitable for all tube diameters, and two tool layers on each bending head are included as standard. The axes are driven servo-electrically.


Automatically to the better tube result
Of course, an automation of both systems is also possible without any problems. The component stock is provided by simple magazines and loading is performed from a transport container, for example a pallet cage. A tube production in pairs is possible even in case of different geometries. Maybe useful as well: A special machine variant with robot where the tubes can already be equipped with connecting elements at both ends. The robot collects the tube from the magazine, inserts it into the clamping device in correct position, bends it there using the clockwise-/anti-clockwise-bending head and finally puts it down in correct position. That way, the optimum solution can be achieved highly efficiently and without deployment of personnel.
