The development of our CNC controlled rotary forming machine creates us for the first time the possibility to form tube ends with different geometries without special tools. Now we have taken the next milestone in forming tube ends without expansive and geometry specific tools.
This new technology creates especially in the shipbuilding industry a much more efficient possibility for tube flaring up to tube diameter 325 mm.

Efficiency combines a lot of possibilities

Regarding to the innovative use of a special guided flaring cone the new developed transfluid® tube flaring machines need only an additional clamp to flare the tubes in different angels. Big investments in expansive flaring tools for each geometry and diameter are not longer necessary.

Another technical advantage is that the flaring cone can be used independent of the forming geometry because of it´s free swinging design. The control axial movement is the only important setting for the process. “This makes the build-up and the design of the machine easy and strong” explained Mr. Gerd Nöker managing director of transfluid® . “In the same time we have every possibility for the forming process.”

Also the radii between the flare and the tube can be settet according to customer’s specification. A very sharp or also a very big radii both is possible. transfluid® offers the innovative tool independent solution for tubes.
